vision
once your reservation is set, you will receive a call with one of our party specialists. we then confirm your rentals, the vision and provide a complimentary mock up of your design.

the day of
the day of the event we will check in with you and provide an update on delivery status. we will then provide all set up free of charge. from there if there is anything missing from your vision, we can "add it on" the day of including our signature "helpers" if your family isn't up to par!
